1968 geboren in an army compound ol Zhangjiakou City, Hebei Province.
He is of Yancheng descent and currently resides in Nanjing.
Abschluss in 1993 from Yangzhou Polytechnic College with a diploma in art and design.
He has served as art editor of the „Spring Bamboo“ magazine and is currently the art editor of the „lron Army“ magazine.
He is the secretary of Yangzhou Aesthetics Society and a member of Jiangsu Province Artists‘ Association.
